2. Product information
Each product page describes the item as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur between images and the actual product.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros (€) and exclude VAT (“TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI”).
Payment is due in full at checkout via the methods offered on the site.

4. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with EU law, consumers have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from their purchase without justification.

5. Returns & refunds
Returns must follow the process described in our Return and Refund Policy.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

6. Liability
Frens cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the products.
