We hope you love your purchase from Frens. However, if you are not fully satisfied, you have the right to return your order under the conditions below.
Return period
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please contact us before returning any item at frensdesk@gmail.com. The return address will be provided by email.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used for your purchase.
Non-returnable items
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Sale items or promotional offers, unless faulty.
Damaged or defective products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at frensdesk@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
